Karunakaran’s DARLING movie starring Prabhas, and cutie pie Kajal Agarwal.Darling is a huge budget romantic-action-comedy entertainer and is being directed by renowned Karunakaran. Darling has Prabhas in a unique role where the actor’s comic timing is being used to the advantage of the film. Given Karunakaran’s exceptional ability to handle good scripts this film will definitely be a good hit will all genre. He has successfully delivered super hits like Tholi Prema, Balu, Happy, and Ullasanga Utsahanga. He has the magical ability to mix subtle emotions with comedy via extraordinary screenplay.

After ‘Chathrapathi’ Sri Venkateshware Cine Chitra is venturing into this new high budget flick Darling with Prabhas produced by BVSN Prasad. He was also the co-producer for Magadheera, and Arya -2.

Darling has an exceptionally well-written script based off a unique type of love story and several scenes will resemble real-line incidents. As a matter of fact, the man with the golden touch – Dil Raju – was very impressed by the story line ofDarling and immediately acquired entire distribution rights for AP, also including satellite rights.

G.V. Prakash (nephew of A R Rehman) scores the music, Andrews handles the camera, action by Peter Hynes and Mukesh Rishi dons the role of a villain. Veteran Tamil actor Prabhu plays a full length key role in this movie as the father of Prabhas. The comedy track is aptly supported by Dharmavarapu Subramaniam, M S Narayana, and Srinivas Reddy. Movie will release in March 2010
